In January Dawn Ferguson emailed the committee announcing her resignation, with immediate effect, from her

chairmanship and her role as Group Leaders’ Coordinator.

We would like to thank Dawn for her enthusiasm over the last two years and her commitment to Bridgwater U3A.

Dawn has agreed to continue running some of her groups for the time being however she had already disbanded

Contact and Craft and the Quiz groups.

With this in mind we are looking for members to come forward and carry on her good work by joining the committee in

May at the AGM.

We are looking for a Secretary (not minutes) and Chairperson, but all volunteers are welcome and nomination forms

will be available from your Group Leaders and at the March and April coffee mornings.
