According to Wikipedia:- A Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) is an online course aimed at unlimited participation and open access via the web. In addition to traditional course materials such as filmed lectures, readings, and problem sets, many MOOCs provide interactive user forums to support community interactions among students, professors, and teaching assistants. Gift AidBridgwater U3A is able to claim Gift Aid on the fees that our members pay.If you have signed a Gift Aid form for your U3A membership fee and your financial circumstance change such that you no longer pay income tax then please let Dave know on 01278 439385 so that your name can be removed from the list.
Magazine DistributionAssistance is still needed with the distribution of our Bridgwater U3A Quarterly magazine.Many members pick up their copy at the appropriate coffee morning. However if you do not normally come along to the coffee mornings perhaps you know someone who does who could pick up your magazine for you.Also volunteers are needed to take on magazine delivery in their own locality, particularly members who live in outlying villages.If you think you could help please speak to June (01278 685556).

Drama ~ A Proposed New GroupAs a new member of Bridgwater U3A I would be very interested in starting an Amateur Dramatics Group.
