This relatively new group is open to all U3A members who can climb 12 stone steps to access the ringing chamber. Ringing can be described as a gentle exercise of the upper body and mind, and tuition is structured towards the individual who learns at their own pace - lapsed ringers are also welcome if they wish to return to ringing. At present this group is taking a sabbatical until around next Easter time! Our augmentation project is well underway and the bells and frame are due for removal from the tower to the foundry before Christmas. Re-installation is planed for April 2020 when we will be looking to increase our numbers. Richard
